LISTING OF HOMES FOR SALE

Though an affiliate company, Wilson Realty Advisors, Inc., owners have
the option to list their homes for sale with a professional who knows
and understands the community and the real estate market.
Representatives of the licensed real estate broker firm will conduct an
extensive listing analysis for the owner to best position the home for
sale and to maximize sale proceeds. WRA is a member of the Sarasota and
Manatee Multi-Listing Services and has a working relationship with many
other real estate agents in the local market including those that
specialize in the communities served by AMI.
RENTAL MANAGEMENT

An affiliate of AMI, Wilson Realty Advisors, Inc., also
provides for rental services for those units and homes within
communities managed by AMI. WRA is uniquely aware of all of the
requirements for rental processing as well as the need for compliance
with rules and regulations of the Association and can best serve the
investor/owner or part-time resident in maximizing rental returns. Many
prospective tenants have processed rental applications through AMI and
are familiar with the communities managed by AMI.
HANDYMAN SERVICES
AMI has a Maintenance Division comprised of two very
skilled maintenance men. One has over sixteen years experience working
for AMI and the other has six years experience with AMI. Both are
bonded and have the proper liability and workers compensation
insurance. In addition, each have easily identifiable uniforms and well
marked vehicles. In addition to maintenance services of all kinds, both
are adept at carpentry, drywall, stucco, plumbing and electrical
repairs. The Maintenance Division staff also does power washing and
painting. The majority of their work is based upon a time and materials
basis to minimize costs to the client but specific "cost not to exceed"
quotations are available.
