Advanced Management of Southwest Florida, Inc., or its affiliates, may enter into agreements or affinity relationships with other companies. Such arrangements are made to offer commercial services at favorable pricing, to reduce association fees and charges, or for other business reasons which may or may not benefit the associations we manage.

Advanced Management of Southwest Florida, Inc. may retain the services of third‑party vendors in connection with technology, website support, banking services, insurance products, lending assistance, leasing administration, back‑office administration, and operational support functions for which a financial or other benefit may be realized by Advanced Management of Southwest Florida, Inc. or its affiliates. All benefits that might be achieved by Advanced Management of Southwest Florida, Inc. through affinity and affiliate relationships will not be segregated among its many association clients.

Purchase of any product and/or service, which is part of any offering, affinity program or marketing plan operated by Advanced Management of Southwest Florida, Inc., or any entities affiliated with it, is completely voluntary. There may be other companies available with similar products and services. YOU ARE FREE TO SHOP AROUND TO DETERMINE THAT YOU ARE RECEIVING THE BEST SERVICES AND THE BEST RATE FOR THESE PRODUCTS AND SERVICES.

This disclosure statement (as it may be amended, supplemented, or otherwise modified from time to time) is intended to provide notice that the following company is associated with Advanced Management of Southwest Florida, Inc. with it’s owners having a vested and financial interest in it:

In accordance with Section 468.4335, Florida Statutes, Advanced Management of Southwest Florida, Inc. is required to disclose any interest that might reasonably tend to create a conflict of interest, direct or indirect, in any action proposed or pending before an association. A rebuttable presumption of a conflict of interest exists if any of the following occurs without prior notice:

  1. A community association manager or a community association management firm, including directors, officers, and persons with a financial interest in a community association management firm, or a relative of such persons, enters into a contract for goods or services with the association.
  2. A community association manager or a community association management firm, including directors, officers, and persons with a financial interest in a community association management firm, or a relative of such persons, holds an interest in or receives compensation or anything of value from a corporation, limited liability corporation, partnership, limited liability partnership, or other business entity that conducts business with the association or proposes to enter into a contract or other transaction with the association.
