Advanced Management Expands Longboat Key Office

Advanced Management of Southwest Florida, Inc. (“AMI”) announced that is relocating to Suite 200 in the Mediterranean Plaza building. AMI had an initial smaller office in the building and needed to expand its office facilities to accommodate existing clients and future growth as well as increases in staff. The expanded area will accommodate future growth of up to eight (8) additional staff members to better serve AMI clients on Longboat Key.

AMI has recently expanded staff to include Jennifer Shenk, who began work in July. She will join Neil Fleet and David Cromwell in the LBK office. “Our office on Longboat Key allows us to continue the responsive service that Communities on the Key expect.” Said Mr. Fleet. He added, “The advanced accounting and web-based systems of AMI bring a whole new level of communication to the Association members and the Board of Directors.” “Our clients appreciate the hands on service our office provides for property management in Florida and appreciate the convenient access to our office on the Key.”
